When you play 5 years you usually play better because you're a man amongst boys.

Just ask velus
I was shocked to read he is a very poor blocker dont know if thats true though

Tyler Warren & Ashton Jeanty are 2a and 2b behind Will Campbell. You could talk me into either one being 2a

I was shocked to think everyone says cold cement is a poor blocker after a season where everyone on offense sucked at blocking.

His first few years in the league he was known as an excellent blocker.

Tyler Warren will be a #1 pick in this draft, call it the Brock Bowers effect. Everyone wants the next Bowers, but in truth there is only one. Warren simply is not as good a prospect. Now someone like the Jets may take a swing at him in the top 10, and that is fine, just hope it is not the Bears taking that swing.

It means nothing. Already watched it. Every coach and every GM is blowing smoke up everyone’s asses about every prospect.

BUT Kmet has $0 guaranteed money after this year.
Then a show me year for Kmet in Johnson's offense, just like Hockenson was when Johnson took over Lions offense.

Hockenson:

Couldn’t stay healthy
Wanted to reset the TE market despite only having decent production
Fought with the coaching staff in Detroit over his role

That’s why they shipped him out.

I’m less than convinced that Warren is even the best TE in this class. Loveland certainly has a case and I wouldn’t be surprised if fannin jr ends up being the better pro. Want no part of Warren at 10, he’s not even in the same realm as Bowers as a prospect.

Didn't I see Mason Taylor who did not run at the combine ran a 4.64 forty at his LSU pro day. That's moving for a guy who is 6-5 255. Would not be surprised if Taylor went to KC at 31. Think he may have moved ahead of Fannin.

Also, on Warren at 10 a big NO for me.

I forgot to mention Taylor but I’m a fan for sure. Dude is way more fluid and quicker than Warren. Watch him in the gauntlet drill.

Warren is so overrated when you’re talking about spending the 10th overall pick on him. Think he’s closer to top 20-30 than he is top 10.

You’re probably right. But taking Bowers would have meant not taking Rome. Keenan isn’t coming back. Kmet would take only some of his targets. So it would be DJ as the 1 with Bowers being able to line up anywhere. Would see Poles looking for that speedy WR2 in this draft.

Oh well. I like Rome, also. I think he has the potential to be great in his own right.
Someone like wr Graham, out of Texas.

I think Loveland is an equivalent prospect and his game a better fit.

To be fair..........I can't find much fault in his game.
My concern with him, and it may be an irrational one, is that he didn’t become dominant until his fifth year. If it took him that long to separate from guys who (most of them) won’t ever play in the league, how long will it take him to become dominant against other pros?

Bowers was a stud the second he walked into Athens. And he was often times the obvious best player on the field in the SEC, even as a freshman.

Bowers and Warren don’t belong in the same conversation.
