Is this your video?
The key factors imo (other than the obvious not being lazy, rebounding, Rose beating Kyrie, etc):
-Don't play Hinrich. I don't really have hatred for the dude, but he's not giving us anything. We might as well roll with Brooks for all the PG because he can at least score. Tony should be getting all the backup SG minutes for his length.
-Tony Snell getting a decent chunk of time defending Lebron. It'll give Jimmy a break defensively and allow him a little more energy to score the ball.
-Niko playing at a high level. He should be able to beat the non Lebron SFs on Cleveland if Thibs insists on using the jumbo lineup. This may be the only series where it works in his favor. As a PF, he should neutralize Thompson's rebounding by pulling him out to the 3pt line. Hopefully he shoots better than his 30% clip from there so that Threekola is a legitimate nickname.
-Dunleavy needs to show up in every game. He doesn't have to have a huge game necessarily, but if he can consistently hit a few 3s per game, we'll do a lot better. When he puts up duds, we play bad. Plain and simple.
Imo you can play Jimmy 46 minutes and still have Snell guarding Lebron for a few minutes at a time while Jimmy guards JR Smith or whoever. I suppose it matters not as Thibs is gonna put Jimmy on Lebron every minute Lebron is on the foor. Oh well.-I've been saying for some time Niko is the x-factor to beating Cleveland. He gives us what Kevin Love gave Cleveland, and now Cleveland doesn't have Kevin Love. I hope Niko's knee is fully recovered by Monday night. He didn't seem there at all in Games 4 or 5. I think Thibs not playing him in Game 6 kinda spoke to that too.
-Dunleavy is a shooter, he's going to have off nights like he did in Game 5. The thing is as far as wing defenders go, Dunleavy should see the same type of guys Milwaukee threw at him that Cleveland will.. so he should still be open.
All in all, I don't expect Thompson to get a whole lot of PF minutes though. I expect Cleveland to go small ball and play LeBron at the 4. Who LeBron guards on defense becomes a mystery at that point. Its also hard to say if the Bulls bigs can expose that type of play or if the Bulls need to match small ball. If they have to match, I think we see Niko getting more PF minutes, but then he'll be guarding the SF on defense.
I think after Smith was thrown out Sunday Cleveland play Moz-Bron-Jones-Shump-Irving as a lineup. I think that's what we'll see with a combo of Jones/Marion/Miller. Miller may get SG minutes too.Imo you can play Jimmy 46 minutes and still have Snell guarding Lebron for a few minutes at a time while Jimmy guards JR Smith or whoever. If Cleveland runs small ball, that SF matchup is key. I think we can run Rose, Snell, Butler, Mirotic, whoever to match and still be ok on both ends. We know Jimmy is guarding Lebron no matter what lineup is out there. If Cleveland runs Smith at SF for whatever reason, we just have to hope that he takes dumb shots and misses them because he can blow by Niko. But more likely is that Marion will be playing SF and I think Niko can do just fine in that matchup. Even more so with Mike Miller.
Do we see that happening though? I dont think anything Dunleavy did warrants suspension. Fined? Yes. Perkins didn't get suspended for his shit, so I don't think Dunleavy should either. They were similar. If dunleavy gets a suspension, it could be huge and void any advantage of JR smith being suspended for 2 games.

My goodness I always forget about Shump...yeah he's a bit more of a tricky matchup because he's really more of a guard in physical ability. That'd be a rough matchup for Niko. How's he shooting though? I remember him bricking corner 3 after corner 3 in our last game against them.I think after Smith was thrown out Sunday Cleveland play Moz-Bron-Jones-Shump-Irving as a lineup. I think Shrump becomes the SF once Smith is back.
Shump is shooting 25% from 3 point. My goodness I always forget about Shump...yeah he's a bit more of a tricky matchup because he's really more of a guard in physical ability. Well I guess you can sorta say the same for us. Dunelavy is probably the only player shooting well from 3. Maybe Brooks. I can't imagine anyone else is shooting all that great. The only ones shooting anything well worth a damn from 3 point line is Irving and Love.. One of them is now gone.

Huh...go figure. Hinrich is shooting better than most of the Cavs team from 3. I guess those hot nights from Butler and Rose withstood their bad nights. Wasn't expecting to see him up around 40%.

Of players who have shot three's (though I left Marion in here to show he really hasn't played).
Bulls are shooting by a wide margin far better than Cleveland. 40% to 32 %. Only the Wizards are shooting better in these playoffs.
Derrick was bad from 3 in Games 2 and 5... Butler just Game 3.Huh...go figure. Hinrich is shooting better than most of the Cavs team from 3. I guess those hot nights from Butler and Rose withstood their bad nights. Wasn't expecting to see him up around 40%.
Like I said before, I do not expect either of them to shoot nearly as well from 3 in this series.Derrick was bad from 3 in Games 2 and 5... Butler just Game 3.
I think Butler will take a dip after he chases LeBron all over the place though.
BUT THEY HAVE TO!Like I said before, I do not expect either of them to shoot nearly as well from 3 in this series.
