For decades my brother and I have marveled at how the Busch stadium scorer protects their "stars".

How on God's green earth is that play scored a hit?

So Cards are tied because of their (lack of) D, but box score won't reflect it, and fans will ***** at their pitchers.

Horrible, horrible play by a guy who is a bad defender. Bobbles it AND makes the obviously wrong play, and gets "saved".
