I love to see him doing good. Hope he keeps it up. I hate hearing trade rumors about him, we need to hang on to him.

He's one of my favorites. It probably helps he's one of the only current Cubs I've actually seen play live haha

Wasn't watching the game just the box score. Was rondon looking as good as the 3 K's suggest? I know he looked pretty good in balitmore. Him returning to 1st half 2016 form would be pretty big.

Took my family to the game, and it was a blast. Rain delay sucked, but damn was a ton of Cubs fans. Place exploded when Wilson and Baez went yard. Told my oldest Wilson will go yard, when he did bith sons went crazy chanting Lets go Cubs. Felt like a home game.

it obviously comes down to Lackey and Montgomery, barring another trade..

So, it a pretty easy choice for management to keep Lackey in rotation and just move Montgomery back to pen and 6th starter role.
