LOL whiny *****? You don't get it. All years people, like Silence, have been saying Cubs will be fine. And, here we are, a few games to go, and no they aren't fine.

You really are one dumb little shit.

Cubs To Promote Danny Hultzen
By Jeff Todd | September 6, 2019 at 7:38pm CDT

It has been a long and winding road for former first-round draft pick Danny Hultzen, but the path will finally pass through the majors. The Cubs southpaw has received his first MLB promotion, according to Brett Taylor of Bleacher Nation (via Twitter).
Hultzen, 29, was the second overall pick of the 2011 draft after excelling at the University of Virginia. He was seemingly breezing through the Mariners farm system when a spiraling series of injuries completely derailed his career.
It seemed like a longshot that Hultzen would be able to get back to functioning on the mound, let alone thriving. But he has opened eyes in 14 1/3 innings this year at Triple-A, allowing just two earned runs on a paltry four hits while racking up 23 strikeouts against nine walks.
Calling up Hultzen will require the Cubs to clear a place on the 40-man roster. The corresponding move isn’t yet known.

Iowa, fights back last night to hold off elimination with the first home playoff win in 11 years.

What is happening with these call ups that just keeps depleting their roster for guys Joe is just going to use in blowouts?

I think you said it. Theo don't care about Iowa.

Alozay IMO was a shut down. He didn't want to risk injury on a poor AAA manager decision

So at AAA right now = not in the plans.

Broken thumb at the very least 3-4 weeks?

Worse. My wife's a nurse and she says hairline fractures are stress fractures and they sometimes take longer to heal actual breaks. Because of swinging a bat, she thinks he's done for the year.

Damn

Google says typically 6-8 weeks on a hairline fracture. I know people hate Russell for off the field reasons but this is why they didn't release him. If they didn't have another decent defensive SS they would be really fucked right now.

It wouldn't matter if your supposed(I say supposed because you can't be satisfied with any team) home team won, most would have your lame ***** ass on ignore.

If everyone did just that....he would go away. He's just looking for attention....if he gets none, he will go away. That's how trolls work. LOL, nice way to communicate, huh? For him this forum would be a ghost town......or SilenceS could just ban him again. Either way it works. I did my part....he is gonzo for me.
