Hahahaha! ?

I was thinking more along the lines of, should I stay up for it? My gut says to see how the Cardinals and Brewers are doing and make a decision based on that lol

Any thoughts on why Mills is getting two starts instead of Alzolay?

Did Alzolay get hurt last week?

The way the cubs play on the road this year the royals and orioles would be a buzz saw... the pirates and reds already have been so yeah the cards and brewers will be very formidable for the cubs away from Wrigley

Oracle Park (Formerly AT&T) is an awesome stadium. Went a few years ago to see the Cubs. But man, do the Cubs struggle there..

Nope not gone but been enjoying another cubs message board a hell of a lot more than this one! better discussions, nobody talks shit about someone posting their opinion of the cubs whether it’s positive or negative and they have better threads and have actually been talking a lot about the trade deadline. That site also has more than 10 posters (unlike this one) and 80 percent of the posters aren’t buddy buddy (unlike this one). Their info is better and quicker than the info here and you don’t get banned for a
Few days for having an opinion. Oh and since I’m sure this is my last post since Silence will probably ban me (again ?) I will say that the cubs will have yet another losing road trip in these next 9 games. They have been playing better but that was at Wrigley and against 3 teams under .500 and this road trip is against 3 pretty good teams and they have been a Shit Show on the road this year

Did you tell them you are in prison and havent watched a game this year? Remember, honesty is always the best option.

Anyways...
So I took my 7 year old son to the Iowa cubs and Nashville Sounds game last night which was
Fun and I really think Happ needs to be called up or traded. He looked pretty good at the plate, worked 2 walks in his first 2 AB’s after falling behind 0-2 and 1-2 in those AB’s he did strike out looking in his 3rd AB on a bad call (he stood there for about 5 seconds) and grounded out from the right side in his final AB.
He scored easily from 1st on a double to left field and I was thinking he should get a chance again to lead off since Almora wasn’t worth a shit at it in his few starts this past weekend at leadoff and maybe push Schwarber to 2nd. I believe Schwarber hits better in the 2 hole from what I remember in 2016 and other years where he was hitting 2nd. Obviously if the cubs trade and get a leadoff then problem solved but that isn’t likely and I think Happ should get a chance again

Bottom of the 9th in Pittsburgh, and the first two Pirates batters watched strike 3.

Ties at 2. Cards' second run scored thanks to one of Pittsburgh's three errors.
