Pirates reliever has walked one man, allowed one hit, and hit a man. Bases loaded for Goldschmidt.

Cards; manager did not pinch run for his catcher when he was on 2nd, but does so when on 3rd. Asleep at the wheel.

And the pinch runner score on Goldy's grand slam. Nice work, Pittsburgh!!!! What a fuckin' team.

It's even worse than it appears....they used 6 damn pitchers. The Cards weren't doing shit but eventually if they see enough guys, there will be someone they can handle.

Pirate error earlier in the game led to extra innings.

Umps just automatically call a 3-0 pitch a strike no matter where it is. In doing so, he ends what could have been a big inning.

Should have been bases loaded with Schwarber up, looking for that second HR. But the pig ****** just decides it is a strike before it is thrown.

I woul dhate to see St Louis and Milwaukee both get a grand slam while we don't get the opportunity. LOL

BTW, Cards may get another - bases loaded again after two outs and nobody on.

So fucking predictable - Pirates score three. Clint "1970's" Hurdle calls for a bunt and it is unsuccessful - THEN they get a hit and get a guy thrown out at home - and lose 6-5.

I would fire Hurdle on the way to the Clubhouse!

Pittsburgh, batting in the 9th gives up a fucking out intentionally - Cards could not retire any other batter of the first 6 guys who did not intentionally make out, but Pitt gave up an out.

You guys living and dying with individual games in late July is just...why? Don't care about other teams before Labor Day, especially if the team I root for is leading the division

Pomeranz is a guy to look at next year. Could be a guy you get on a 2/8 TO type deal but then throw in him in the pen and maybe he can be more effective than he's been as a starter. Got to really like a guy with a 10+K/9 + lefty as a starter as for what he can do in relief full-time.

Look at what happened to Morrow once he went to the pen as an example
