Jake will be better in 2016 postseason than the 2015 postseason.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the do random drug testing with all the players all season right?Arrieta started 9-0, and completely fell apart after SAS mentioned something about his possible PED use, he went 9-8 afterwards, so yeah, that's a huge concern.
Or you can look at it as which one does the hitters feel more relaxed and pound the baseball around for and score a bunch of runsGame 3 should be against their ace. You know going in that runs are hard to come by. So just going with the odds you have to look at both Jake and John and look at their outings. See which one faired better in low run support games out of the 2.
This post belongs in the Bad Baseball Thoughts Hall of Fame. What I'm afraid is that SAS was onto something, Arrieta got scared, stop doing whatever he was doing, and irreversibly imploded afterwards.
Because going from 2.0 ERA to 4+ is kinda extreme, and now we don't know whom we'll get in Playoffs, pre or post June Arrieta.
But in the end, Cubs have strong bullpen so they can hopefully survive potentially $hitty start from bottom rotation guys (Lackey & Arrieta).

Reds are going to be destroyed. Were going to **** with them and slaughter them. Our team is so far superior to theirs as we have won 15 out of 17 games and 4 in a row. They're fucking dog meat and I expect our guys to feast on this young not real MLB ready staff who they rock the shit out of the ball and its going to be as ass kicking today and an afternoon game right?

Why don't people want the Cards to win the wild card? We should be PRAYING they win. I don't want anything to do with SF. As discussed in the other thread, we'd be looking at:
Game 1: Cueto
Game 2: Moore
Game 3: Baumgarten
Moore just had 11 K's and 0 walks in his win over Colorado. Baumgarten is always dominate and Cueto is 22-9 with a 2.79 ERA and 200 K's in 219 IP. In game 2 of the WS last year Cueto threw a complete game, 1-run performance. And in game 2 of the NLDS, he struck out 8 in 8IP giving up 2 runs. Yes, he crapped the bed in the NLCS but Cueto can go off.
I don't want anything to do with those guys. If we play SF, I would put the odd's of us winning at 50/50. I think we have a decided advantage over every other NL team.

22-9? He is 18-5.
Their O is weak compared to the Cubs.
Moore has a ERA in the 4's for Frisco. Cubs kill MR quality lefties. If they want to match him up vs Hendricks sure. I would get it if they did because Shark starting in Wrigg game 2 would get fireballed by the fan base.
I really do not fear SF. Cueto vs Lester is a draw. But the Cubs and Cueto have history so I'm not expecting any edge to him. If anything the edge goes to Jon due to the Cubs having a superior O at home.
Game 2 is the Cubs. Can't see them losing it.
Game 3 in Frisco edge to SF with Bum. You can't say either Jake or John is going to win here.
Game 4 would be a push. At home edge countered by Cubs stronger O.
Could go 5. Hendricks at home you expect it to be a win.
That is how I would view it.

I was being sarcasticThat is silly talk. I would look at the match up. More likely they went off on MR quality starters.
