This should be a interesting game. Our number five starter versus their number one starter.

You would think Maddon would take advantage of the DH by placing Schwarber in it. Having Montero and Schwarber both in the batting order would make a better offense you would think. Herrera though? I do not agree.

Interesting view on the cardinals this season(stolen from bleacher nation). Their team era is 2.61 or akin to throwing Matt Harvey all the time.

And they lost Adam Wainwright early....theoretically, they could've been even better.

If the Cubs win this one against Sale with Haren on the mound, our whole team needs to be tested for HGH and Joe Maddon should have a statue built for him lol

Schwarber would have a rough go of it against Sales..

Ill take my chance with an extra righty in Herrera. .

I'm just not a huge fan of Herrera to be honest. I hope we get Utley to replace him

As hard as Sale is throwing, you just need to make decent contact to get one deep....of course, that's easier said than done.

Herrera kind of bat that could actually do something against Sales.. he could make him throw a bunch of pitches by fouling balls off and walk, bunt for hit, drop a double in.. be the unexpected hero
