That wasn't "Theo tinkering," that was the league figuring him out and Castro failing to adjust. And he hasn't come close to his pre-Theo norms with the Yankees.

This take is just all kinds of wrong.
How do you figure. The only 2 years that his wRC+ fell into the 70’s were under Theo. Even Jed said that they tried to make him into something that he is not.
With the Yanks last year he went to 110. So stop saying that the league just figured him out and he just was not that good.
Starlin is a great hitter. Sometimes you let a player be what they were meant to.
It is the same with Jason. Hits .290+ and all of a suddenly he is captain loopy swing and they wreck his mechanics and rebuild him into what they prefer and he sucks....
Never learn.
But keep up your opinion. Creating myths can make you president some day.
