I will say he's a pretty consistent dumb ass.



If it's HFWriter he lived in Columbus so I'm not quite sure how many games he see's LIVE, nor did I ever understand his rants either.

And now, he's on to Kane - saying he lacks consistancy, doesnt hustle or show up in the big games. Apparently, he uses the WASH game in "making his point" about Kane not giving his all, since he didn't show up on the scoresheet (Ovechkin was -1 in that game..0pts) . Jaekel demands players that give their all every game, goes to corners hard - things Kane doesnt do. He simply waits for the puck to come to him.



Yet...this guy...was a Byfuglien lover (who dissappeared for games on end - his explaination on Big Buff - But I will also say this, people did NOT appreciate what he did away from the puck because a lot of them couldn't see it on tv, and he always showed up big for the big games. ). I guess all his 34 points he scored were in HUGE games...



Since the All-Star game...when this teams games started becoming most important..

Toews- 20gms - 13g-18a-31pts - +18

-scoreless in 3gms - 10sog - -1

Kane - 20gms - 11g-14a-25pts - +13

-scoreless in 6gms - 21sog - E

Sharp- 20gms - 8g-14a-22pts - +9

So....Toews has pretty much been the entire NHLs best player based - and rightfully so. Yet, Patticakes is a mere 2g - 6pts behind him. And in the games Kane doesnt score...he's trown up 21sog and is even in the +/- ...must be doing something right. And in how many of those games...did he set up some scoring opportunities with his passing?

So....what does Kane have in that group that none of them had? A Stanley Fucking Cup (at 21 years old).



But Kanes not a "winner" like some on this list? Really now....ROY, Stanley Cup, Silver Medal in Olympics (5pts in 6ms and +4), Bronze in WJC (9pts in 7gms), Gold in U18 (12pts in 6gms). And...he's the most undersized player on everyone on that list. By a large margin. Except for Derek Roy - with what the **** has he ever done? I think winning the highest level (the cup) which not many on that list have as well as producing better than most of them in their playoff careers should prove him to be a winner.But lets dig deeper into this, shall we?



Kane is only 22 years old...lets see where these players produce on the stat sheet at the same age - regular season first......playoff or "clutch time" in career -

Most of them don't have the resume of Kane and his career hasnt even taken off yet.

No...I didnt say that. Some guy agreeing with Jaekass - said Kane is no better than what Derek Roy was..along with Spezza, Heatley and rest of that group. He isnt as good as Kesler, Iginla, etc

So Leddy's ice time is going down? He saw PP time last nite (assisting on Keith's goal, and I believe was on the ice for the GW goal)
