Best Indian food in the world. World class chefs and Michelin star restaurants, and I actually love British comfort food and understand how ppl think British breakfast is gross with the blood pudding and fish and chips is not their bag but dang I've eaten some fantastic meals in London.

Their CEO spoke about how it started. Basically cars were always getting repaired a century or so ago, so they gave out maps to the nearest cafe’s & restaurants that you could go eat it while you waited. Now it’s basically the world’s most prestigious secret shopper program lol.

One thing about Britain is that just about every kind of cuisine is available in London.

I always joked that the Brits tried to take over the world not because they were Imperialists but because they just couldn't find good take out at home.

Yeah, you can go to Germany. Just march through Belgium and you are right there! Just be wary, I think unannounced marching through Belgium has some sort of historical precedent for starting war...

I have actually never been to England; it is my desire to base myself in York some day and do some more personal research into the Viking age. Once there, just line up a few dozen meat pies and potatoes and I will be happy.

I’ll take any advantage we can get. I think people have written off the Jags, but they’ve actually just had a rough schedule. No one would’ve expected better than 2 wins at this point. And if we go off just preseason power rankings, they should’ve only won 1 game, which they did.

Shepherd's Pie(not shepard's pie you boomer) & cottage pie are both amazing--you've probably never had it with HP Sauce. Fish & Chips is great too--just not all the time. I sometimes just get mine grilled & blackened with asparagus if I want to be healthy. Former Irish pub owner here.
