Chub is a stud I would think he's closer to being back to what he used to be, Jamaal was a stud w/ the lions, we could also pick up JK Dobbins or even the dude from Denver

I don't think Williams or Chubb is the answer here.....they'd both be third on the depth chart.

Chub is no longer a stud but maybe after an extra offseason he’s regained a bit. I am skeptical

They’re not getting a starter now. Depth is all you can hope for now. They absolutely need depth because of Roschon’s history

Thats why they drafted the 7th rounder.

Id be surprised if they go dumpster diving, all the RB's left suck or get hurt nonstop

But having a vet that isn’t used much would be wise

I get it. I suppose a one year deal for someone, but Chubb isn't it for me. He never looked the same last year.

If he has anything left, this would be the year it would show up. He’s had enough time to recover. He did look average at best last season.

I would still give him a shot. Sometimes it takes a full year for a running back to come back from an ACL.

The ‘26 draft going to be wild when everyone in the world knows we’re gunning for a RB. Swift having a full load for ‘17 games is against the norm for him. It’s going to be Maninguy behind Ahmygod for half the season.

JK Dobbins only one i'd be interested in

Honestly think the RB room is set. Swift/Roschon/Rookie and a battle between wheeler and travis homer
After a "historically strong" draft to grab rb 22 in r7......that's a pretty disappointing rb room

The only back I'd add is Dobbins snd that's because he's the most capable of replacing swift. I'd rather go with monangai and roschon than bring in a washed chubb (no pun intended)

Evidently thats the RB that our genius HC Ben Johnson decided was a compliment to swift.

They had an opportunity to draft or trade up w/ minimal compensation for legit every RB in the draft after #39, they passed on them all.

Maybe the plan was jeanty at #10, but this guy looks to be the same mold of player(contact balance) except slow.
