I'm surprised it took so long for some to figure out that he was effective ONLY because of the WR that played across from him. Think about it for a sec, when B. Marshall missed those few games due to injury, what was Jeffrey's excuses then? He was the sole focus of the passing defense, and vanished. When B. Marsh played, he suddenly was effective when he WASN'T the main focus of the passing game.
This was the number 1 reason I had an issue with that trade. Marshall may have pissed off the FO by publicly admitting the Bears sucked, but he was one to show up every Sunday, and bust his ass to make plays. Made some boneheaded ones, but as long as he suited up, you knew Chicago could move the chains with the passing game.
