I think that’s the big difference between good HCs and bad ones. He knows football inside and out. College coaches run a particular system and can only win with one idea of what offense is. NFL coaches know football so well that they see what they have and say, “I can do this with these guys.” And then set the team up to play.

Nagy has his idea of what offense must look like.His personal system . Shan doesn’t have a system. He just knows how to use what he has and create an offense from whatever you give him. The best weapons get focused and usedthe most.

chip kelly is a perfect example of what NFL football isn’t.

He cost them their rebuild. Pace doesn't trade for Mack if he didn't think Mitch was ready to lead them.
