Lou is starting game 7 so I hope Boston can score on him early and deflate that big ego of his.

Just listened to the post game by Vigneault. He hasn't a clue and is fed up with talking to the media. His only answer was they are going home. Keeps mentioning the fans and how they worked all year for home ice.

What he won't comment on is what happens at home and when boston scores first and often...how that home ice and their fans will jump down the canucks throats and will be probably the last place they want to be.

I saw the fans outside twice now thinking they would be celebrating a road win only to take off their sweaters and looked pissed off as hell at the performance of their President's trophy winning team.

Luo is starting which imo is great for Boston.

Boston please just score early and often. Remember you are an O6 team, it means you are automatically more deserving than a non O6 team. Also it is the canucks, they deserve NOTHING. Bruins channel your inner Byfulgien and Kane and DESTROY them on their home ice.

I dunno... I think it's smart to start Lou at home. His home record is 3-0 with two shutouts and posting a .976 SV% and 0.69 GAA. We all know that those stats will weigh heavily in his mindset and give him more confidence. Confidence that could be quickly shattered if the Bruins get one by him in the first 10 minutes of the game.

His stats for away games:

0-3 Pulled all 3x

.776 SV%

8.11 GAA

Is it wrong of me to hope that Roger's Arena burns down tonight and they are forced to have game 7 in boston?

Happen to go over the nucks blog to see what the mood is like and they are pissed beyond reason about the Reymond loss. They are wanting a suspension.LOLOL. But they thought that hit on Horton should not have warranted one. How does someone not just fly to vancouver and go ape shit with a machine gun.

Players out for Vancouver for game 7. Hamhuis and Reymond, also Kesler is clearly not even 50% at best.

But there is hope.

Tim Thomas' stats on Wednesdays this year.

8-0

1 SO

.938 SV%

2.25 GAA

Do you have a way of getting the stats for Lou on games after he's been pulled the game before?

I'm almost a bit worried that the loss of Raymond would fire up the Canuckleheads on home ice...

Either way, Wednesday is where heroes are made.

But man, that was an awkward hit, I wonder if he snapped his pelvis.

Some reports say fractured vertebrae.

That too. He definitly felt that when he woke up this morning...

Anyhow, I think it would be fair to all fans involved if the Bruins came out in Charleston Cheifs sweaters and Vancouver came out in Syracuse Bulldogs sweaters. It's pretty much have the finals have shaped up as.

I have to be honest when I first saw it I thought he was faking it. Trying to pull a false "win one for me" but when I heard he went to the hospital I knew it was for real.

I mean I wouldn't put it past the nucks to try some lame ass shit like that.

That's what it is.... Yeouch!

via NHL.com article

Vancouver Canucks forward Mason Raymond sustained a vertebrae compression fracture in the first period of Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final on Monday and is expected to miss 3-4 months, President and General Manager Mike Gillis announced Tuesday.

I wouldn't wish that on anyone. That seriously has to hurt.
