**** Chara was lazy as shit on that goal too and that's the negative of Thomas's game...overplays it all the time. Not that he isn't one of the soul reasons the Bruins are where they are.

Horrible fucking goal.

Chara had a horrible fucking game. He can be the goat on this one. Big dumb oaf.

I blame him for not hitting Burrows there, and I don't care how hard... A big body like that should not be passive about things. He's done it throughout the series and that's what is ruining them in this series, right there.

He just could have played better positionally on him. Why he stuttered when he saw Burrows and let him have the extra step? Looked like a rookie out there not only on that goal but he was a turn over machine...he can be faulted on the game tying goal also.

****...I feel like I need to do something to save this sport and the integrity of the NHL right now. If I bomb the Canucks bus will you guys grant me refugee status in the states?

The noise here right now is disgusting.

Uptown baby!
Bruins---fucking USELESS. Period.

Gah! Why couldn't the Lightning have won the ECF like I wanted---at least Vinnie and Martin could have unleashed an offensive juggernaut on these used tampons from Vancouver.

sickening. I can't remember EVER being this Ill watching the finals.

Their win will always be tainted. Skill without integrity = nothing.

If Burrows had been suspended as he should have been the game may have ended completely different. Sadly we will never know. This win is tainted as the whole series will be.

I have not one ouce of respect for this team and I will never watch them raise the cup.

Boston looked like shit until they tied the game, it seemed like they found another gear. IMO Chara has been a disappointment so far, very lazy and doesn't look like a Norris winning defenseman and especially how he dealt with Burrows on the game winner. It sure looks like the Canucks are destined to win as Boston hasn't showed any indication that they could challenge them. Worst finals in a long time.

The only bright spot in this entire series thus far is the fact they haven't let the Sedin Sisters score a goal yet, so they're doing something right, no?

Yes, otherwise they've been pretty invisible apart from the odd cycle here and there.

I hope the Canucks wont sweep, even if they are trending towards it with their run of 7-6-5 games. If they win I can only hope the ensuing riot levels the whole city and the Pacific claims it to be never be heard of again.

I have no words for this story. I'm done with this series and want the new season to start now. What a disgusting day for the NHL.

Boston will win both at home... I would bet the powder keg goes off at least once tonight with a good ol' playoff line brawl.

My favorite teams
  1. Portland Timbers

Anyone else hoping tonight has a fight similar to the Punchout in Piestany?

I have this loving feeling that something is going to go down tonight.

I called the Habs/Bruins brawl and the Pens/Isles brawl well before the games started so I am hoping to go 3/3 this season in calling awesome fights.

Coach Julien calls out the Canuckleheads on Bitegate...

"If it's acceptable for them, then so be it," Julien said after the morning skate at TD Garden in preparation for Game 3. "Certainly wouldn't be acceptable on our end of it. I think you know me enough to know that. Not much I can say on that. The NHL rules on something. They decide to make a mockery of it, that's totally up to them. If that's their way of handling things, so be it.”

LOL!!! About god damn time!

I'd be in hockey heaven if Boston could somehow get a spark from this and go on to win this series They have to know they can not only play with this team, but beat them.

It's a must win game for the Bruins.

Good for Julien but it should have been said before the puck dropped for game 2. A little late Julien.

I have little confidence in the Bruins after watching them the last 2 games. Hopefully home ice makes the difference and the Bruins can get the match ups they want. Hopefully they can make a series out of this by winning both games at home which in my opinion they must do or it is over.

Chara has to be better

Horton has to be better

The Bruins 3rd and 4th lines have to be as good if not better than the Canucks..which at this point they have not been.

Good work overall against the Sedins but too bad their line mate jaws of life has not been shut down.

Just win Bruins.

Exactly ! If they win both games at home you must find AV on his Bicycling route when they return home and hex him. Also pictures are a must!
