Maybe let Floyd play a down or two before before calling round one catastrophic...

Height: 7'2"
Weight: 201 pounds

He won't even be in the NFL in three years. But the way Pace is going - we won't need him. Tremendous rest of the draft for him.

We're in the best position we've been in in years. Love the young talent we've assembled.

And how about that stable of RB's? Excellent work.

I don't think we should worry about starters so much as who's hot. Both guys will get playing time but Fox will ride the guy who's playing best each game. Just my oppinion.

I like Langford but Howard is a different beast. He will be the starter.

I think it's potentially a great combo. Very different runners. And I like Carey as well, another different flavor. Though Carey may or may not end up on the roster. The staff seems to like Rodgers a lot, and he's a very good pass protector.

Wow Pace recovers from catastrophic 1st round to completely rebuilding the team in rounds 2-5. Incredible work!

I've gone from profoundly disappointed to totally amped up.

In fairness round 2 scared the hell out of me... trade down, trade down

Howard/Langford/Rodgers/Carey/Perry

Who's the odd man out? Assuming Fox carries 4 RBs

Perry could play ST's which may propel him over Carey.

Injuries happen and that may dictate moves

I think Carey is worth keeping around and the idea of Howard and Langford smash and dash is exciting. I just think Howard will take the lion's share of carries.

Sure. I'd rather keep Carey than Perry but it seems that Fox and Pace are really focusing on upgrading the special teams (rightfully so) and they may view Perry as better value as the 4th RB. Hard to really fault that logic.

special teams lost a couple games for us last year and needed major improvement

They've been a disaster for a few seasons now. They were bad last year and I actually expected them to be a bit worse.

Also....what the fuck is your signature pic?

Really depends how fast he learns the protection assignments.
That's where most new RBs struggle.

Apparently right before Hub got off the air he said someone from an NFL team called him and told him Howard was the steal of the entire draft.

He's big and runs well between the tackles which is something they didn't have before today.

Hard not to love the pick.
