I wouldn't have even entertained the idea. Sabres have nothing I'd want, especially not for a cornerstone of my franchise. Not to mention they are happy playing in Chicago and have no desire to go back to Buffalo. Just thought it was interesting though it popped up at the GM meetings.

Agreed, Sabres have nothing I'd want either. Although Tyler Myers and Luke Adam sure would look great in a Hawks uniform... it would have to take more than they are willing to give up.

Another multi point + game for Kaner. I don't want to post his stat line every single game as it would get tiresome. I think he is doing a fine job playing center.

We were in the visitor's section with the Oiler players after the game Sunday night and he never came out. Not even sure if he was on the trip honestly.
