It's not his time yet. If our roster situation was how it was around 4 years ago, we could afford let him develop at the pace of the NHL.

Lesser of the two evils right now until Soupy is healed. They're both bad and Cullimore doesn't have a free agency clock that doesn't need to be needlessly running right now unlike Leddy.
