Not in that video you just linked, sounds like poles is saying the prior coaching staff completely botched his development, instead of focusing on the basics they figured he was already elite and put way too much on him.

This was pretty clear to everyone, too. You watch nix and jayden and their offenses are a lot less complex and they are asked to do a lot less. Waldron, or whoever the eff made the call, decided caleb was ready to lead a complex nfl offense like a veteran from day 1.

They actually followed up that Poles quote by asking him point blank if this was on the coaching staff or on Caleb, and Poles said Caleb was partly at fault, 6:00 mark…
