Well they gave Dan Lebatard his own show where him and his dad openly root for the heat and his dad talks shit about the Bulls. They still employ Chris Broussard who is an open Heat [read:lebron] homer.

The hottest team in sports right now is the Miami Heat, what they did is unprecedented...so was the coverage. You look at ESPN...as if TNT didn't take advantage of the opportunities. If you treat the Miami Heat like just another team...you would get fired...and rightfully so.

Absolutely not in their coverage...but that doesn't mean they like the Heat for any other reason than to make money. And them covering the Heat extensively has nothing to do with who they think will win a series...

I think it is simpler than all these arguements as to why ESPN likes the Heat over Bulls as a general rule: 1. Lebron's MVP year (arguably). 2. Heat beat the Bulls last year, got to give them thier due until they're beaten.

However, not all ESPN analysts like the Heat. Legler (sp?) on Mike and Mike this morning likes the Bulls over the Heat due to our depth and rebounding advantages. In fact, he wasn't sure the Heat would even be there in the ECF's.
