Multiple people have questioned Ben Johnsons skills as a “leader” too for what it’s worth.

Agree, and his handling of his interviews last year felt McDaniels like. He has a very talented offense too, but he is a very very good play caller. I think he's earned a chance, but he should not be rubber stamped. I am hoping he can grab Dennis Allen for D, as he will need help. I don't like first time head coaches who are calling plays, it's tough.

Running the ball behind cast off oline for 1-2 yards does nothing for the pass game, that’s Bears football.

If you pay attention though, teams like the Packers, Eagles, 49ers, Ravens they are consistent in the air because they are GREAT at running the ball.

You weren't paying attention to that game. The offense was inept until like the last 4 minutes in desperation time. I think they had 13 points at that time. I think they only had 6 points in the first 3 quarters

Oh yeah, I'm aware. It was a disaster. I am not at all concerned the Bears will hire him, but he is in about last place of candidates I would want.

Kingsbury record with cardinals.

2019 - 5-10-1
2020 - 8-8
2021 - 11-6. they went to the playoffs and lost in the 1st round to the eventual Super Champion Rams.

He got better every year and took them to the playoffs in his 3rd year.

Signed an extension in 2022 and went 4-13 and got fired. Kyler Murray only played in 11 games that season.

Don't know if anyone remembers but many blamed Kyler Murray as part of the problem with him being seeing multiple times yelling at Kingsbury from the field and on the sidelines.
