I base my judgement of the Bears on the current regime. What happened in the past in Chicago has absolutely nothing to do with Ryan Poles and Ian Cunningham.

I think Poles is doing a great job, but we haven’t had a winning season under him yet. The franchise is still crap until we string together a few winning seasons. The bears organization is much bigger than the GM.
