Ricky Ray Rector tried to commit suicide before being arrested by shooting himself in the head. He survived the gun shot, but destroyed his frontal lobe. For his last meal, Rector requested and received a steak, fried chicken, cherry Kool-Aid, and pecan pie. Rector left the pie on the side of the tray, telling the corrections officers who came to take him to the execution chamber that he was "saving it for later." Depends on what kind of "Last Meal".

If I am being put to death by the prison system...an extra large burrito of a wide assortment of my favorite Indian dishes with sides of beans and cheesy grits.

Then keep that monster buried in my bowels until the moment they ask for my last words.

If it is like a Jesus Last Supper thing then I am taking all my loved ones out for the most expensive meal I have ever had and put it on the platinum card I yanked off some rich ****** on the way in.

3 three cheese totinos party pizzas..cooked aussie style.... microwaved at normal temps for a few minutes to semi defrost n cook....then thrown in a saute pan for a few minutes to get dat crispynass and finish cooking through.... mo extra cheese added during this step.. a four cheese blend.... sides must melt into pan creating a cheesy crispy crown ring of golden ghodlynass.. then back in the microwave for 59 seconds to make sure all da xtra cheese is melted... dat how you get a yums party pizza quick without ever having to turn on da fucking oven mane..

1 pizza eatn as is..

2nd pizza topped wiff nachos bell grande, extra sour cream and need sum dat guac sauce and topped with 3 taquitos.. mucho mexican taco sauce

3rd pizza topped wiff strips of brisket, ribeye and great auntys homemade mac n cheese.. mfer.mmm..

1 white or blue monster
1 2 litre of diet dr pepper cherry vanilla
1 pitcher of grape kool-aid.

This is a myth FYI.... there is nothing a diabetic is wholly restricted from eating.

I could eat an entire box of Oreos if I chose.... I would probably need to inject myself with like half a day's worth of insulin to counteract all the sugar, but once I did my body would process the box of Oreos like any other person.

That myth came from 20+ years ago when artificially produced insulins sucked, so to be safe in trying to manage blood sugar, many diabetics would abstain (or be forced to abstain) from eating high carb/high sugar foods.

I was diagnosed when I was 10, neither my Mom, Dad, nor my doctor ever once told me there was food I could not/should not eat in the last 18 years.

The parameters around what you should/shouldn't eat are the same for diabetics as anyone else.
