I'd do Robinson for Brown Jr. in a heartbeat if the Bears didn't have to lose any major 2021 picks. Would have the opposite cap effect on the Bears. Trading Robinson and then cutting Leno after June 1 (because you now have a real LT) would save the Bears about 23Mil in cap space. The biggest issue is the WR group would be depleted and there's no FAs left of note. Could always go after a Rashod Bateman in the 1st and sign Golden Tate for the slot. But also gives the Bears some cap flexibility to go after one of the QBs that will get discarded after the draft (Bridgewater, Garoppolo).

I could live with that. It'd need to be basically Miller + 2nd for Brown right?
Golly Gee
I highly doubt it would be. Miller just becomes another guy in the mix at WR for them while they only pick up a 2nd rounder to try to replace what is undoubtedly a 1st round+ talent in Brown. Meanwhile we would undoubtedly address the need for O line and still have a 1st and a 3rd to address CB and WR. That would be a dream come true for us.I could live with that.
Edit: In fact, if that trade is available and Pace doesn't pull the trigger, I would kick him out the door immediately.
Is it? That's 2 Gs, who made that up?
Or are you playing, "The internets is serious business, no fun allowed" card?

The Ravens likely would only entertain the idea of getting Robinson back since he's an established and reliable #1.
In this case its just outright fabrication, which is increasingly common these days. With us being ~2 weeks out from the draft I'd recommend ignoring all rumors you read between now and the actual draft. It's all pent up excitement from fans, media and even the teams.
I agree, that probably isn't "enough" to get a Brown. Would probably have to add more draft picks, probably from next years draft. But IF it was possible... heh you do the deal.I highly doubt it would be. I actually hope they still would draft Jenkins at 20 even if they got Brown. That would be a nice OL of Brown-Daniels-Mustipher-Whitehair-Jenkins with Ifedi and Barr backing up. 3 of the 5 would be on a rookie deal, and that OL would help the offense a ton.If Pace gets Brown, he will not be addressing it early in the draft. He would move on from Leno and go with:
Brown
Daniels
Mustipher
Whitehair
Idefi/Bars
He might go to the trash heap for vet depth or a developmental prospect late. But OL wont be touched early. Line played much better once Mustipher took over blocking assignments; Whitehair was a disaster at calling that. Kreutz has pointed this out repeatedly.
Yea it's debatable if Pace will address the OL in the draft with a day or or even 2 pick. If we were trade Miller + a 2nd for Brown then we definitely wouldn't be spending a pick on OL (other than the 2nd traded for Brown of course). If Miller is expendable anyway, you basically look at that as a homerun deal. You'd basically be spending your 2nd round pick on a pro-bowl level left tackle and still have a first to address CB or WR. For that reason, there's probably very little chance the Ravens would do that deal and probably hold out for a high 2nd or even late 1st for him... if they're even wanting to move him anyway. If Pace gets Brown, he will not be addressing it early in the draft. You have to realize if you don't speak in sentences people can't read your mind.
"The G stands for Golly Gee" or "Golly Gee that's a stupid acronym." would avoid any questions. If it is G=Golly Gee that would explain why I don't remember that part.
That's why I'd want to know more details before giving my blessing.
Sure, proven>unproven but Bears have a tendency to do little and sell it as doing something big and riding that for years.
If such a trade was after the draft to force them to try something in the draft then do something I'd be much happier with it.
