Happy Sunday morning. I am on the coach with a Baileys and coffee and reading the baords. Since the Bears plays Monday I find
I dislike no seeing the Bears playing on Sunday. Oh well it's either watching the race of the Vikes/Kitties game.

Yeah, I know some people like to cellar beers and whatnot. I basically stick to hoppy beers so the fresher the better for me. 2-3 months is as long as they recommend for most IPAs I drink, IIRC.

I agree. Love the hops and they disappear quite a bit in the heavier beers. Protip- never cellar a Killians Irish Red for more than 3 months. It is pure coffee and barley syrup

Or just don't drink Killians at all. :D

Thought I'd bump this thread up because I'm currently sipping on a delicious beer that I finally got to try. Firestone Walker Wookey Jack. It's a black rye IPA and is damn good.

Making a trip out to Chicago this weekend and I'm going to cross into Indiana and try to get some Zombie Dust from Three Floyds. Wish me luck.

Wild Turkey 101, IPA's are delicious though. 2 weeks ago I was down at the casino where they had a beerfest thing goin on. 20 bucks for all of the samples you could possibly get within 4 hours. So many great local IPAs

Both, really. It's bitter and has nice hop smell/taste, but you also get roasted flavor as well as some spicy rye taste.
