I think we get 2 more games with mitch
I think this bears team is gonna beat the pack and make the play offs
And we will see at least 1 play off game beyond that who knows
But one things for certain i think either way mitch is gone they didnt take his fifth year option for a reason i dont think pace thinks mitch is the guy so no matter what he walks
And i dont think mitch would resign here by choice either these are just my humble opinions though

I believe Mitch will get a 2nd contract in Chicago if they make the playoffs, he certainly will if they manage to win a playoff game.
