I tried reverting from tray bedding to corner pans.
First thing Sherman did was dump the top level corner pan down the hatch onto his brother, and it takes some doing to finagle those out of the corner.

Neglect is a worse form of abuse IMO.
It takes time and persistent lack of care to harm someone or something thru neglect.
Like you can accidentally hit a horse too hard, but to forget to feed, water, brush, etc, and for long periods?
