eh the bust rate is high on these "generational" guys. what do these experts know theyre usually wrong. plus, i saw him get shut down a couple of times this year. trade down for a HAUL!

Trade down for a haul. If none of the receivers improve this year, they can always trade those picks to move up and snag a receiver. There is a significant bust rate with receivers anyways.

No single rookie is immediately making this team a SB contender. Poles will have to hit on the next couple drafts and have great FA period to have a chance at that.

There have also been a lot of good first round WRs taken the last 3-4 years. I’m sure the bust rate is higher then success rate for most positions.

I’m perfectly okay with this. I mocked us trading down to 13. If the price is right, take the money and run.

Not disagreeing with that at all. Hopefully by then Poles is starting to build a complete team with draft picks, young FA and those guys above are still competing at a high level.

It’s very possible the team regresses with a rookie QB. It’s also hard to predict if the team can improve with Fields at QB if you get him another weapon like MHJ.

Nah, if they keep fields you know what his floor is...which isn't good enough to win a superblow with but can make you stay afloat.

You would also have to factor in the young rookie talent theyd get from THE HAUL! All praise be the HAUL!

Team would be stacked and we'd get eliminated in the first round every year :)
