My 10. 1. We need new tackles, on both sides. 2. We have what we need to create pressure on opposing QBs. 3. This coaching staff is legit. 4. We'll get off the bus running and limit Jays potential to hurt us. 5. Were gonna have to get another WR in here. 6. Were gonna let go a very good RB. 7. We need more 2 TE sets. 8. Front 7 depth is much better then any of us thought. 9. Our STs is special again. 10. GB is gonna see a new Bear team, no more walking on us.

The long compeition on Fuller was equally on Amos, he gets frozen on the well covered TE out and gives up the deep middle.

So Fuller and Amos are both busts?

Goddammit.

1. Charles Leno was not good, but he was hardly terrible.

He had moments where he showed very nice pass blocking reps against Erik Walden. Lets keep in mind Leno has played RT for 4 days, and it is not easy to switch sides. When you switch sides it changes a ton about what you do and it takes time to retrain your muscle memory.

2. Be more concerned with Bushrod

Bushrod was bad.

3. The front 7 is better than I thought.

They are physical, can get to the QB, and they are deeper than I thought they would be. Some guys that have surprised are Jenkins, Acho and Sutton.

4. The Bears are exceptionally deep at WR and RB.

There are going to be difficult cuts in these positions as all of the RBs have looked solid and at WR Bellamy, Meredith and Lawrence have all looked like they can play.

5. Special Teams Improvement

These units look night and day from last season and it is amazing what competent coaching and scheme can do. This game made me think about the hey day of special teams under Lovie.

6. Jeremy Langford continues to impress.

This is important for next season as my guess is Forte walks and Langford becomes the feature back, which means that 7.5 million dollars will be added back into the salary cap pool. Cheap RBs allow you to spend elsewhere.

7. Kyle Fuller, what happened?

I do not know what is going on and it is not just about the long completion, which is on Amos as well getting frozen by Luck. But he does not look aggressive and is not making plays. Tim Jennings does not look like he is going to be very good and the Bears need Fuller to be the #1 guy.

8. Terrence Mitchell

This guy just impresses me, he challenges WRs and makes plays on the ball. He is playing how I would expect Fuller to play.

9. Jay was good.

The training wheels may be on, but he is making plays and not making mistakes and moving for points.

10. The Unicorn is going to have a huge year.

The guy looks like a beast and Cutler clearly trusts him. Gase has started moving him around and punishing matchups. Love to see Bennett split out wide with a CB trying to cover him.

No, most long completions are a combination of coverage issues.

Amos played well from what I could see, but that play was a learning experience as he was frozen and the second Luck saw it he was going deep.

eh, I was kidding. There's a five page thread calling him a bust.

Honestly I was expecting those guys to get torched on more than just one big pass play. It's so refreshing to actually see the team improving from one week to the next.

The sad thing is, he looks like Fuller did in the early part of last year.

With no game plan or help Luck and TY will make most corners look bad.

Fuller will get beat occasionally because he will be matched up against the opposing teams #1 but he should be solid when the Bears start scheming and bringing him help.

Is this a true 'Pro's' perspective? If not- I don't think I like it.

I never made those claims but sorry you don't like it.

Yeah- I only like 'Official' threads and those with a true 'Pro's' perspective. Oh- and Pete Michaels threads. Everything else is garbage.
