Honestly, I'd rather take Louis Nix in the 1st.
I have concerns about his size being a liability at the next level, too; for every Geno Atkins, there is a Drake Nevis.
If Nix approaches Vince Wilfork status during his career, we'd be well served to take him and not have to worry about getting gashed up the middle for the next decade. Added to that, he offers surprising quickness as a pass rusher for a man of his size.
If you want a potential 3-tech later in the draft, take Caraun Reid, who similarly dominated at the Senior Bowl.

Except Nevis didn't have 1/3 of the ability Donald had in college so the comparison is laughable at best.
Also the Atkins Donald comparisons need to stop. The only thing they have in common is size. They are completely different players. Atkins is a fire hydrant. Hard to move off the spot, stack and shed power player with some pass rush ability. Thats not to say Atkins isn't quick but Donalds on another level in that department.
Donald is a quick twitch athlete who has an incredible get off and some power, but doesn't rely on his power the way Atkins does.
He sets up his pass rush as good as anybody I've ever seen at the college level. Swim, rip, leverage, hand fighting. Its scary how polished he is at such a young age.
All that said, I do like Reid as a prospect.
