All this national attention is good. The organization doesn't like being embarrassed. And today is a full out embarrassment and thrashing by the national media.
They don’t like it? They have been embarrassed for the most part of 37 years.

I've been looking for the Nagy defenders. I swear I searched everywhere. In the closet. Under the bed. The basement. The garage. Even that old broken down shed, but not a single Nagy defender to be seen. For everyone here on THIS BOARD to AGREE on a SINGLE TOPIC is something I can't recall having seen before. It's kind of amazing.

Personally, I think Nagy should do the honorable thing and resign immediately, then write heart-felt apology letters to every QB he has ever coached, use the entirety of his pay to purchase ice packs and massages for Justin Fields, then designate himself the starter at QB next week so he can be pummeled into oblivion never to be seen again once they unpile the Detroit defense off, after his own designed protections inevitably fail.

Barring that, I would be 100% behind a full team revolt. Until Nagy is removed. they all show up to play and collect their checks, but every single down the O just takes a knee. and the D just stands aside.

In summary... **** Nagy

What we watched yesterday was either incompetence of the highest level, or intentionally awful. I've heard a couple different pundits even mention it was so bad it looked like it was done on purpose.
I heard that as well. That, to me, was the worst indictment of Nagy. For national analysts to even mention that it was so incompetent it look like it had to be on purpose is quite the criticism.

Just heard a clip of Nagy on the Score. Says he's not sure who will start at QB next game. What an asshole. Get the kid beat up and sit him.
As bad as the play calling and game plan were yesterday, I did not think it could get worse but it did. Nagy essentially placed all the blame on Fields when he suggested Foles could start the next game.

There were some Nagy apologists. Hub of course blamed most of it on Fields, Boomer just said Nagy should start Foles.

He blamed the last 3 years on Mitch, why would Fields be any different?

I'm pretty sure foles is just starting if Fields got hurt too bad and Dalton isn't back

How many rookie QBs in their first start have ever been sacked 9 times and only have 1 net passing yard. Anyone? And there have been some bad QBs, with bad coaching. Nagy is in a league all by himself.
The only QB I can recall getting this beat up with no chance in their rookie season was Aikman

I wasn't a fan of the Nagy hire. I thought he was riding Reid's coattails, not experienced enough to be a head coach, and called a horrible 2nd half in the KC playoff loss to the Titans (by not running the ball enough. Go figure). I also pointed our in 2018 that the offense was regressing in the 2nd half of the season (and was criticized for it). Last, I first called him a hack after the playoff loss to the Eagles. So I am obviously not a fan and am biased against him. But to suggest that he sabotaged or intentionally set Fields up to fail to show he wasn't ready makes zero fucking sense. In fact, it's ridiculous.

I know this is all media, but it's also a lot of former players and reporters and analysts who know the game well. It's really damning for Nagy that so many people just know he sucks at his job now

National embarrassment… This is the only time George listens and makes a change, so that’s good.

Yes Nagy is a terrible play caller but shame on the GM who knowing this let him come into this season again calling plays.

So Nagy becomes the fall guy, then what? Pace will be around to oversee this shit show that he orchestrated.

A bad play caller??? He's a terrible designer of plays. He is a terrible OC.

He's a motivator of men. He's on a timeline for how long that will even be a skill.

Fire him now.
