we gotta consider skipping. too hard to do a Best Player Available this late in the draft. He can pick immediately after he gets on..cannot take any players taken after he was skipped, but the rest of the nba is avail.

Perhaps we should make it mandatory to pm picks or something. Personally, I would not like to have to rely on such a system because the owner can see everyone's picks. Or we could skip people...gives incentive to be online/to pm your picks if you know you can't. Idk...either way, the time must be ticking on this pick. Now I know how you guys felt when I wasn't on to make the 1st pick (though I didn't even know the thread had been made before I went out that night, but still...). :headdesk:

I have no problems agreeing with you guys.
But... it's been 8 hours since I made my pick. XcrackZ was on last night and he knew there was 2 more picks until he made his.. and since the 24 hour rule was still in place, he probably thought he can come on later to make his pick.
So if we just skip him right now without him knowing about this, it would be a little unfair.
