lol I can proudly say I've never rage quit out of any game. I finish whatever I have to do & then proceed to turn off the xbox and go cry in my bathroom for a little over an hour (door closed of course).

I started My Player over. I couldn't get many rebounds at all at 5' 11". LOL

Now I'm 6' 4" and already averaging over 25PPG after my first 10 games. I'm on the Mavericks right now, but requested a trade to the Knicks, Lakers or Wolves.

Do the milestones. See which ones you have missed, then add your skill points to those areas to help you achieve them. By the time you're in your second season, you should be able to be in the 90s. If you're good at scoring heaps then you'll get up even faster.

I think what helped me, was making a 7'0"ft tall SF with PG secondary, and made him a "point forward". I got subbed into all 5 positions, which helped me get minutes early on.

I was going to say how the heck did you get your SF to be a PG secondary, but then I saw point forward. A 7ft point forward...wow. Great idea man.

One that that I'll never understand, especially after reading about how Crys is starting at PG even though he's a SF is why the game decided to start me over Rose instead of starting me over Rip and playing SG next to Rose. I mean...I'm a 6'6" PG...go figure. Then again, the trade that sent me to the Bulls in the first place was messed up in itself...

I know, and the PC patch didn't come out yet. I could hack the game to use the same sliders as the console patch, but I actually get a hoot out of the trades.

Just requested a trade to the Bulls, Thunder or Knicks after my team failed to reach 80 points in 5 of 6 games. I'm just 14 or so games in, but avg'g 15 points, 3 boards, 3 assists, a steal and a block, and an 'A-' avg rating.


Safe to assume the missed lay-ups don't end when you go to a better team?

Yeah, they don't end. Big flaw in the AI. You'll get more dimes by pulling defenders out of the paint, than stuffing it in. Which is unlike the real NBA, because a real player will use a move or draw a foul(and get blocked on occasion, but nowhere near as often as the AI allows).

Played 6 games so far with the Craptors (3-3 so far). Requested a trade after my fifth game to the Heat, Lakers or Knicks in that order. Playing PG and my god does Bargnani love shooting 3's. Gotta get out of that crap team.
