But he clearly has the size to block and play inline so he isnt really undersized. All he really needs is to get stronger but his scouting report says he is a willing blocker.
He just turned 21 three weeks ago too. This isn't a pick for this year only. The Bears/Ben Johnson clearly think he can be a top-flight TE for the long haul.

I wouldn't be too upset if the Bears traded up to the end of the 1st for him if he's lasting into the late 20s. Loveland/Hampton would equate to a big injection of weaponry to surround Caleb Williams with over the long haul.

I didn't have him as even a top 5 receiver.
It's healthy to have discussion and discourse. I still think his issue is going to be staying healthy at that weight, and if he gains weight to be more durable it's possible that he will lose some of that superhuman conditioning he has.
