It’s about the players. Getting dynamic playmakers is key. I wouldn’t be surprised to see formations with Burden and Loveland lined up in the backfield. The stress Burden puts on a D when Rome and DJ MF Moore are also there is crazy!
This is why i'm happy that i love the players we drafted.

Think NFL network said he is day 1 starter at RT but longer term think with his height and pass blocking he is better suited to LT. Can take a year to develop. He played both in college but last 2 years at RT.
At least he's viable to fill right away if needed.

Fuxkn disgusting that the Ravens get to take Mike Green and we have to clutch fuxkn pearls and haven't won in 40 years
Yeah, this is getting so tired.

Hope they did their hw on him and genuinely thought he was a problem.

Hate to think this was Warren. Now we have to watch him help the Ravens with the SB?

I’m a Canes fan, was able to watch him this year. Kid would be a great addition to the backfield
Is he the guy that fumbled against GaTech when your dipsh*t head coach couldn’t figure out how to kneel on the ball when the game was over?

Yeah Warren told everyone but the Ravens to pass on him multiple times.

Luther Burden.....Missouri Wide Receiver Luther Burden III Runs Official 4.41-Second 40-Yard Dash At 2025 NFL Combine.

Strengths:
  • Ball tracking and contested catches
  • Elusiveness in the open field
  • Instincts
Concerns:
  • Speed to separate vertically
  • Detailed route-running
  • Most effective as a slot receiver
  • Can he be alignment-versatile?

I feel a lot better about our OT depth.

I'm not expecting him to start, I expect Jones to start. But with the injury woes and lack of talent on the line last year, I'm very glad they put a premium pick into a backup OT who can fill in on either side. Like it or not, OL depth is a need for this team after Williams threatened to be the most sacked QB in a single season.

Because of trades, Poles spent a sixth rounder and next year's fourth rounder on starting guards, spent a second on a backup OT, and signed a really good center in FA. That's a great investment in the line for one season.
