I can understand what people mean by we dont need another Deng. Dont get me wrong Noah and Deng are good players and like them both but if Noah get this contract(which is too much for him imo) then idk what I'm going to think. If Noah is holding out for this and wont agree for a lesser contract then I would say sorry too bad and try and then trade him. If this is the case he is making himself more tradeable

and deng isnt always hurt...although in recent years he has had more injuries which has decreased his production.....however on this chicago team he will be taking somewhat of a lesser role with noah and boozer in the front and the rising leader in rose...whether he gets hurt or not has nothing to do with whether or not he'll be on the bulls

That's pretty much my point.

Not much of a big story. We don't have to pay Noah now & it won't affect his play at all this season. You pay him when he's a RFA. If he wants $75mill, go out & prove it this year.

To do that he is going to need to get a lot better in some key areas, some of which he might not have control over.
