They don't need him to be anything this year. He would be a top pick without the injury. We've seen players get ACL's and come back to never get one again. If it doesn't work out it doesn't ruin their team. If it works out, he'll be their number 1 for awhile. They're actually building a nice team on paper, and I would say will probably have more wins than the Bears this year.

I would not trade up for a guy with a torn ACL. That is just me. Maybe he works out but for a guy whose game is speed that is a huge risk.
