If Kevin Austin goes undrafted, I wouldn't mind him as a UDFA. He was maddening as an ND fan because he is really talented, but never seemed to take the next step to being a stud.

Dont be a moron. 25 is old for a rookie. He will be 29 when his rookie contract is over while most rookies will be his age now ie 25 at the end of their first contracts.
We need him to produce now and next year not when he is thirty so we are fine. By the time we need to see his replacement it should be several drafts of other positions filled. Do you think we like having to reload every position almost every damn year? that is why the good team stay good and the great ones get better. that's why the pats and pack and saints and Seattle didn't need to waste a QB pick every other year. We want to have that philosophy so far so good.
