There's no way the Bears stay in Chicago, this is all politics and posing. The new mayor
is an idiot to get in the middle of this, he should have left it with Lighfoot owning it and stayed away.
Property taxes is a BIG reason we left the area. The taxes there are beyond ridiculous.

Oh.......and snow and 5 degrees sucks.

Have you noticed much of a difference tax wise (whether through property taxes vs income taxes) between the two? I admit, my initial thought was that California's state income tax would probably erase any savings from property taxes. Curious if that has been your experience or not? Just taking a quick glance online, I was surprised that California's property tax rate was 16th lowest.

I sell mortgages in Cali, their property taxes are actually surprisingly low when selling mortgages in NJ/other NE states

But then you take into account sales tax, income tax, and cost of living and realize that property taxes can't make up for that

definitely in property taxes. Thank god we have Prop 13 in effect. State has done everything in their power to try and get around it but so far have failed. Property taxes in Illinois are 3 to 5 times higher than here. Not sure how the other taxes compare. I do know our gas taxes are the highest in the nation.

If they can't take your money one way they will just find another. But the weather? Nothing the greedy bastards can do about that.

I would bet that Illinois is not that different in other taxes besides gas tax. So it equals out. Except for the shitty fucking weather in Illinois.

Any of you who don't have to deal with Illinois taxes rn can **** right off but this thread is also FTO.

There is a B&I forum and you should know better.

As for my getting this thread back on track, I anticipate Nate Davis to suck.

Why do you anticipate Davis to suck? Skill or injury?

California has the highest State income tax at 13.3% and the highest sales tax rate at 7.5% so they definitely get their money from their residents, and that's not factoring in the cost of housing which is second in the nation behind Hawaii.

You have spent the last several pages crying about people ganging up on you. I am calling you out not because I am part of some @Anytime23 cult. I am coming after you because you run your mouth off then cry like a little ***** when people give it back to you. No one cares if you give shit and get shit. What makes you an annoying **** is you can give but can't take and play the victim all the time.

Speaking of greedy bastards, do you realize that Trump's tax cut bill made the cuts to high income individuals permanent, whereas the cuts to middle and low income people phase out? Kind of tells you who makes the big campaign contributions, doesn't it?

I keep saying he's the man, when will everyone listen?
Accept these are wrong -

Goff 22':
Deep ball completion % of 44.4% (7th)
Deep ball catchable pass rate was 59.3%(15th)
Deep ball accuracy 6.4 (7th)

Fields 22':
Deep ball completion % of 33.3% (22nd)
Deep ball catchable pass rate was 57.4% (18th)
Deep ball accuracy 5.9 (16th)

LMAO at using 2021 data

the same season he finished with 7 TDs and 10 ints and only 1700 yards passing. A very small sample size. Flash forward to 22 which is a large sample size he is bottom of the league in deep ball accuracy

What an absolute pathetic attempt at creating something out of nothing.

This is a huge reason I moved out of CA a couple months ago (specifically LA). It’s not affordable unless you’re a millionaire. My wife and I do fairly well and we don’t want to be stuck living in apartments the rest of our lives. A dump of a ranch house in the area I lived in would sell for $800k-$1 mil. F*ck that.

You are the last person here who should be using the bolded word. A “Lions” fan addicted to a Bears forum. A Lions fan on a Bears forum who is desperate of attention. You are the definition of pathetic.

It sure looks like a pretty big mistake as of now but hopefully Claypool can get his shit straight on and off the field and change that, but he'll need to be pretty damn good to make himself worth #32. I'll take it if he can play even close to what i'd like to see from him.

And you let @Anytime23 run you out of this place until you decided to tuck your tail between your legs and come back begging for forgiveness. I guess it was all that arguing you did with that clown for years that ran you out of here for a while.
If he's better for the Bear than than Jonathan Mingo is for Carolina, it's a fine trade. The next big bodied WR taken after Mingo, which is what this trade was about, is Cedric Tillman to the Browns in round 3.

Damn, Fields is a lot taller than Vick. Vick was listed at 6' to Fields' 6'3" but the difference seems more than 3 inches there.
Ask incockibelieve the Detroit fan on here, he’s the site pro on measuring inches
