Dijon is mine but I have 2 door shelves in my fridge dedicated to mustards.

My new fave outside of Dijon rn is "inglehoffer spicy brown"

Copped it at Aldi.

Fallot Dijon is great when you can find it.

Do this

I made about 4 cups worth of these. Took forever doing that much in bulk but they keep for a really long time refrigerated and they are amazing. Texture like jumbo cavier. mustardy, sweet, salty.

Anything German is just GOAT. Trust the best sausage makers on the planet to have perfected mustard as well. Alstertor Mustard is a personal fave due to the awesome jar it comes in.

I had to cut myself off at six. I like drinking beer out of them when I host parties as some sort of Charlie Chaplin type routine.

The one pictured is a lot like a dijion, but they have a few styles...including a classic yellow that puts most American brands to shame.

I understand having a mustard shelf. Our family has varied tastes. My youngest daughter likes straight yellow mustard, my other daughter likes honey mustard, and my wife prefers grey poupon dijon and I just pick one of those....occasionally I go after an exotic like ghost pepper mustard or I will make my own.

It's great for adding a little spice to things like Russian Dressing, Cocktail sauce, etc...

I remember when I first watched this it took me until like 22 seconds into the stirring until I realized it was a joke.

At least he got it all back into the bowl.

Plochman's. Chicago land brand, best yellow mustard. And because it's local, it's a fair bit cheaper than sub-par Frenches.

Browns, I stopped a while ago because chrzan (like a mustard but with tart horseradish) delivers the same thing better as far as flavor profile and added bite.

And he did it in a way that was so graceful and not at all disgusting.

Like everyone else I have a fridge door filled with mustard's, my go to is gulden's spicy brown mustard.
