Carolina and Jacksonville both won today, that helped.

Well, not the day we were hoping for. Maybe next week.
Honestly, Mayfield's win on Thursday night football made whatever that happened today as icing. That was a big win for the Bears.

Draft order swaps for teams with same record. So if Bears and Broncos ties, Broncos draft before Bears in odd number rounds and Bears before Broncos even number rounds.
Kind of makes it all better trading the 2 round third overall pick vs the overall second pick for bum ass claypool a little more palatable ?

I initially thought that but for some reason reverted to ‘same order’.

It doesn’t “snake”, but each tied team moves up one spot per round?

Thanks for the correction. My bad.

Just look at this week. Mayfield’s improbable comeback followed by Houston and Denver nearly winning games in which they should have been murdered.

The Claypool trade plus where the Bears are going to end up in the draft order make it a 99.999999% chance the Bears will be trading down. They can't afford to wait until the end of the 2nd rd for their next pick.

Unless they are that entrenched in getting one of those dline men

Brandon Staley is one stupid fucking coach. His preference of using “analytics” will cost him his job as the Chargers will work out a deal to acquire HC Peyton from the Saints. @SilenceS you might just have a 1st rounder this year after all!

I thought the offense could not advance a fumble?

Haven't watched a minute of the game, but Tua is 3-17? Against the Chargers? What the hell?

I’m still waiting to see how it works out but Claypool better work out spending that high of a pick.

If he doesnt, will the world end? They took a shot. People love to act like draft picks are guaranteed to hit. What matters is if he hits on more than he misses.

Of course it won’t end. But it will mean Poles
is probably not very good at evaluating WR talent.

Passed on Pickens and Pierce.
VJ looks awful.
Pringle and friends have been useless.
Waste a high second on Claypool. (Not saying it’s wasted yet. Still waiting to see on this one)

Would be a terrible start. Any one or two is excusable. Obviously not every move works.

But if ALL those don’t work? That would be a bad start unless you’re a homer.

He just threw a fit about people criticizing the 3rd round Velus pick.
