Any news on Whitehair? Last thing we need is Patrick at guard and Mustipher at full time center.

Didn’t seem to work with Nagy.

Although I’m predicting Reid retires soon, Nagy takes over, and Mahomes wins Nagy two more Super Bowls.
Nagy’s time ran out here, outside of the disaster at O, which was a big development during his time here, I always felt like there was something there in terms of a HC.

Since Mahomes is a superstar now, whoever gets that job is set.

LMAO at all these twitter dudes jumping off cliffs 4 games into a season where we were supposed to be the worst team in football at any level..ever.

Proof positive that they just like to hear themselves talk.

We live in a world where the media has to generate endless content and thus they are forced to develop opinions based on very limited data. Posters too, of course. It's tough to avoid that but there is no reason imo to give a meaningful judgement on this team at this point.

The themes for this season:

Which of the young players, especially Fields, improves by the end of the season?

Does the team play disciplined, assignment-oriented and tough football consistently?

Does the offense have a identity and some consistency by the end of the season?

Those are my questions. Wed can comment on each, or whatever else, each week, but this season isn't about the beginning. It's about the journey to the end, and where the franchise is at that point. I will reserve and summative judgement until then.

If you can't judge Fields, who can you judge?

Can you judge the receivers if the QB doesn't see them and is inaccurate?

Can you judge the OL if they QB holds the ball too long and doesn't see that blitzes are coming?

The potential exists that Fields puts other players in bad situations, and that they also put him in bad situations. It's not like you have to give a player great players around them to see what they can do, or whatever. How do they do given the conditions they face? I don't think anyone here has enough time to devote to film to answer that question at this point.

Think it's an interesting use of the data, but people watching the games are seeing players open and I'm not talking about the kind of open where there is a defender sat on the route.

Defending Fields as a young QB on his second system is valid, also pointing out he seems to be failing himself within the new system is probably also valid.

This is where I fall down with data Vs watching the game. (imo)
