This is where having an owner with a brane that’s involved might help.

“Hey Ryan, I know you’re in the bunker now and not watching the media but this is what’s happening with Teven. Maybe give the guy a quick call and set him straight”.
You would think having an asst GM would help in these situations. What exactly is Ian Cunningham doing? Is he Poles' collect a check for doing nothing Teddy Phillips ?

Quentin Johnson at WR who is a 6-4 with speed and hops and Ali and Avila on the OL for TCU.

RJ Snead at WR and Terrance Lang who plays DE but at 6-7 ad 290 likely moves inside and plays 3T in our D.

2nd round--Quentin Johnston

He's doing the film thing as well. This time of year is all about acquisitions and what can be sacrificed. Did they miss a bit on this situation, sure, but it's a learning experience that's been rectified.

I was just sort of joking, but I don't think they missed a bit on this, I think their silence was purposeful. Between the two of them, they knew of the speculation, they just let Teven twist in the wind a bit from the noose he fashioned himself by being less than team first early on. Just like a parent lets their child suffer a bit from a bad situation they created before coming to the rescue, no one ever learns from being mollycoddled.

I agree it was so early on but that they lost track that the situation hadn't completely corrected itself once Teven started and got caught out.

I really don't see Kmet making much of a difference in this game. He'll be blocking to help the OT's and if he does run a route, he's matched up with a damn good cover LB'er in Fred Warner.

Offense won't have an easy time moving the ball in week 1.
I'm thinking Bears are gon try to turn it into a grinder. Hopefully the D is stout and they can play a field position game

At that time? Probably scouting other teams for waiver pickups with Poles. I certainly hope he isn’t monitoring the media or players hurt feelings. That was probably something that Soup guy did or the media relations people. But considering Poles said Ian and him are going to watch college games together I’d guess he’s Pole’s sounding board for player evals.

Think both teams will. Would guess the game hinges on which of the two young QB’s makes less mistakes. I’d pick Fields if all things were equal. I just don’t know how this line does versus real starters.

Did everyone forget these two teams played last year? Everyone keeps hyping up the Niners as this mad mysterious team the Bears never play. Fields had 275 yards and 2 TDs, total as 100 yards was him rushing, against this same team last year.
That’s why I said 49ers will be shocked.

1/3 of the Bears total offensive production was Fields running the ball (100yd+)
He was sacked 4 times.
