I actually like Stafford and hopes he plays and stays healthy all season. Just sucks as soon as ARob goes over there, all of a sudden Stafford is having even more issues. ARob deserves to have a good QB for a change.
He played with the issue all through the playoffs, Stafford's a gamer.

You think any fan would be excited about there young QB showing growth. But that dude is bitter because he knows Fields will be better than Goff. He knows the Lions have no future QB.
I know the Lions have two firsts in 2023 and will most likely draft a QB, yes.

Oh wow, Fields finally shows growth against a 2nd string D, congrats on that. No Jadeveon Clowney, Denzel Ward, Greg Newsome, and even more.

Prior to that he has looked like frozen dog poo.

2 starters at DT, 2 at LB and 3 in the secondary (Newsome is the nickel back).

he changed the dynamics of everything. (getting back to football talk instead of petty arguments)

I still think the league changed all the rules cause he was too much of an advantage for such a lowly team.
Lowly team that almost won a Superbowl?

It doesn’t matter who he faced or who he didn’t. His footwork mechanics improved a lot. His ability to read defenses improved a lot. That’s all learned/fixed in the offseason. He put in the work. It doesn’t matter who the completion is.

Sure the Lions might draft a QB, but that also means they will be struggling for another few years as that QB attempts to develop.

What if Lions finish middle of the pack? Thy going to trade both first round picks plus more for a QB?
Sure, why not? They can toss in a 2024 1st.
They already have a good O-line and receiver core.
At least the rookie QB won't be hung out to dry like the Bears have done to Fields.

You mean like how you celebrated the Lions scoring on the Atlanta Falcons in preseason?

??

One drive, the only drive of the preseason the starting O played, against Atlanta's starters, not another teams 2nd string.

How do you figure that?
Lions have a lot more talent on their roster than the Bears.
A young QB who can take off, young team overall, plenty of draft picks, most cap space, a gm/hc who understand culture, etc.

Both the Lions and Bears have more talent at certain positions. But to say the Lions are a lot more talent is a joke. Like I’ve mentioned before, you will disappear when Fields outplays Goff and the Bears look better with “less talent”.
