The kid has a long ways to go to even be on the level of just a good QB but even longer to go before he's the QB that takes us to the playoffs, can win in the playoffs and that's without even talking NFC Championships and Super Bowls. Lets hope he can get some growth over a season where the GM didn't give him too much help to help him grow. Doesn't mean he can't grow but sure will be a lot harder to do.

Throwing past the LOS was a young QB mistake. How many of the 4 missed passes were over throws? I remember the one to Mooney. Sure the INT wasn’t great but he was trying to make something out of nothing when the team was already losing big. So many QBs throw INTs in that same exact situation.

How could you even partly blame Fields for losing? He threw the ball 11 times, missed 4 of them and threw an INT when the game was over. What other 3 misses played a role in losing the game? Let’s go ahead and blame Eberflus, Getsy and the defense for losing that one.

2 things from last night upset me the most:

1. Lack of throwing. I'm not suggesting they should have had Justin throwing the ball all over the field, but the short to intermediate passing game should have been worked on.

2. Run defense. You have to figure that Rodgers is going to get his. There's no reason to not make sure you're shutting down the run.

Nice narrative, being that about my disappearance and all, but I did post last week. I knew if I only waited a few days, the Bears would get shit stomped by GB, and I was not disappointed.

Last week, Lions lost by three against a playoff team, Bears beat Trey effing Lance in some kind of "what the **** was that"game played in the miserable confines of that shitfest you call a football stadium with three inches of standing water........

But I just can’t believe how many targets Mooney and Kmet have within the first two games. They are supposed to be your biggest playmakers, yet they barely get opportunities to make plays. Is Getsy worse than Nagy? How much blame does Fields get for their lack of success?

Very weird how the Lions played a playoff team but the Bears didn't, they played Trey Lance. Even though the Bears played a playoff winning team and the Lions didn't.
