Yeah I heard about Odom earlier in the night, it's a rehab stint that's all. Odom's the biggest player to ever lace em up for the d league forsure. I didn't notice that had been included in the new CBA

Ya, 1 game assignment. That's all he would accept (and that was the plan as far as I know).

Legends (the team Odom's going to) had Greg Ostertag for a little bit earlier this season. He was way too out of shape though so he retired after like 25 days.

OT but the Legends have this G named Booker Woodfox who can shoot lights out from 3pt land. He's the back to back 3pt champion for the D-League. Exact quote from him: "Oh you know I can shoot that motherfucker, Bake" (I played against him in HS so that's how we slightly know each other). He could be a nice addition to an NBA team.

You're always hyping up Kevin Durant I don't get it. Are you a Thunder/Bulls fan?

I just write about the games I watch.Fact is that one of the teams I like to watch this year is OKC but I don't believe I hype up.I would write it about every player who performed a huge comeback like this.

Sources -- FO denies Celtics heavily shopping Rondo

While reports are surfacing of the C's shopping Rondo, president of basketball operations Danny Ainge said this on Boston sports radio WEEI (93.7 FM) on Thursday.

"He's our best player, he's the most important part of our future," said Ainge, according to Chris Forsberg of ESPN Boston. "There's no way we're actively trying to trade Rondo. That make no sense, no logical sense."

Yet, it still sounds like Ainge is making calls around the league at this point.

From Alex Kennedy of HOOPSWORLD: "The Boston Celtics have been very active in trade talks. League sources expect Boston to make a trade at some point in the next two weeks."

And Gary Washburn of The Boston Globe writes: "The Celtics have every intention to move forward after the Big Three without a series of lottery appearances, and they are as willing to begin that new era with Rondo running the offense as they are without him. But the perception that the Celtics are fed up with Rondo and are looking to move him for, say, two second-rounders in 2022 is untrue. They understand his value, they realize that with experience comes maturity, and they know that nights like Wednesday are rare in this league - and Rondo is one of the few players who can produce them."

I still think now is the best time to start rebuilding the Celtics. They can move several of their larger pieces (Ray Allen and Rondo seem to make the most sense) while still saying competitive. Besides, while Rondo is a very good point guard, his two biggest strengths (ability to penetrate and great court vision) are completely negated by his two biggest weaknesses (inability to make a free throw and lack of a shooting game outside of 12 feet).

Rondo needs to be on a team with guys around him that can score in a variety of ways so his weaknesses aren't so transparent. While he's a better player than his championship, his importance to the team was more valuable than because he wasn't their "best player," and if you ask me, you simply cannot win an NBA title if Rajon Rondo is your "best player." Rebuilding with him on your team is fine, but you better be able to add some great complimentary pieces around him.

Hornets beating the Mavs 76-70 w/ 11 min left in the 4th. Mavs are such a mess right now.

Oh wtf happened? They lost.Just amazing finale.

Of course LBJ didn't take the final shot.He just underrate himself by doing this. You take the shot, you make it and you are the absolute hero with 19pts in the 4th and 9/9 shooting. You miss it,that was a great effort but you were unlucky.

Bulls #1 in the EC haha

Take a look at it again & ask yourself "Would MJ pass that ball? or Bird? or Kobe? or even Wade?"

Lebron dismantled the Jazz defense in the 4th with incredible ease, & had previously hit 2 ridiculous shots to give the Heat a 4 point lead late. Why in the world are you passing that ball to a teammate who's taken 2 shots all quarter? For all this talk of "Lebron is determined" "Lebron is playing hungry" Where is that hunger and determination when the game is on the line?

I'm no LBJ fan but anyone criticizing him for passing is crazy. If Haslems shot drops, no one is talking about this. And let's not get it twisted, that is Haslems shot and if you disagree, you're either lying or really haven't paid attention.

I'm all for Bron bashing but this isn't the time. Dude killed the 4th qtr and found an open teammate for a shot he's made his whole career.
