I am seeing $49/8th more but that's only because there's more NG. They seem to be the only one who can keep up, or willing to keep my dispensary well supplied consistently.

my problem is that if i pay high for standard weed that's weak to me i don't want it, it just costs to much. Depends what it's being rated for and who to.
If I want an honest opinion I want it honest but you could throw in but it only cost $40/mo for electricity.
Wanting to go pro it has to be judged on going price or what it would go for. Nobody wants to sink that kind of money into it only to find their friends just really like free weed.
Your cohabitater fellow cardholder who's sharing the 5 plant limit in IL, they can base it on free all they want.

Of course if someone handed me some herb and said give me your honest feedback on this I would be totally honest.

Some are $65/8th. The only bulk you get is popcorn. And the discount isn't great if you get one. (Mine had discounts if you bought multiple 8ths but it was only a few dollars, the popcorn discounts are slightly better.)
But there has been a shortage since January 2019. Every increase in the medical law corporate weed wanted they got and then used as an excuse for not growing enough. Then came legalization, that they wanted, that they knew was coming. I think they want to wait for demand to produce for it, don't want to give up the high profits. Problem is it's agriculture and takes months.
Prices have been going up for many.

Then there's rec. Add 18%-35% for the state.

So its easy to justify the cost of my card and equipment even though I can't get tolerance and don't use much.

I want high CBD low THC, I understand they're generally lower producers but these prices are ridiculous. One of my varieties says 1-5% THC, I won't pay those prices for something like that just on boomer "why back in my day". I bought hemp for $60/oz and mixed my own. Then I grew as soon as I could.

i'd say my thc levels out to around 12 to 17.5%. had higher percentages before, so i guess i shouldn't complain about the prices then correct? Illinois is way to expensive imo and they hardly give customers any other choices. the problem is because they don't carry a lot of strains from what i've seen. It's frustrating to me.

The other one I have to grow should be in that range. I've done good with Orange Herijuana something like 16% thc 12% cbd but it's GTI so high price.price.

Figured if I can get the 1%-5% THC variety to produce 5oz that will be about $35/oz, the "back in my day" boomer would be happy with that, especially since hemp is $60/oz now (and it's better quality than what I was buying for $35/oz just no THC).

Some people don't enjoy getting "too fucked up" I met a guy in California one time that specialized in mid grade great tasting Cannabis that would do the job bout wouldn't take you to outer space.

The kinda thing you could smoke a joint on your way out the door and still be functional for the evening, or could drink and smoke at the same time and not get too shafted.

I am still so flush with flower and oil from the past summer’s harvest, I will skip growing this year. I did enjoy learning that tradecraft last year (special thanks to @truthbedamned) but processing from seed to finished product is a legit commitment. Will reassess in a year.

It's along the same lines as Charlotte's Web if it comes out to the low end. Nobody wants 1yr old epileptics stoned 24/7 (unless it's their MD writing them prescriptions for countless downers while being against cannabis).
My dispensary has ACDC at .79% THC right now and that's flower so caregivers for the underage can't buy it for their kids.

I would've liked to have tried IL's low THC varieties but the corporations want the highest prices for them. I'm not sure how I would react to 1% but I am sure 7% is a good place for me. I figure I can vape 7x more if it comes out to be 1% and get more of the other cannabinoids in the process and I think that's what I'm missing from when my migraines stopped as a teenaged stoner and now. I'd smoke in the morning and at most breaks between classes. I can't do that now with high THC or it ruins may day the same as if I have to take a muscle relaxer, xanax or opioid first thing in the morning.

I just hope it gets along with me. That's what I hate about having to order seeds because IL cultivators won't sell them. I've had two 10% 1:1s that were as bad for causing anxiety as a 29% THC. And the one I got in my closet was 25% and 28% without a problem. I searched the breeder and am trying their CBD varieties because of it.

I couldn't resist. I have 4 Northern Lights in the greenhouse in 10 gallon bags to try and control the size. Just finishing 2 Jack Herer in the hydro tent. Going to put a couple of quantum cush in the tent. It keeps me on my toes. I have become the Santa Claus of pot around my neighborhood. Plus my son is moving his tent into my shop so his kids can have their friends over without having to keep them out of the garage.

Did you see Charlotte (namesake of the variety) died from corona? I think she was 13 or 14.

I had migraines very young, as far back as I can remember. There was no vaping then. I also only vape dry herb as far as weed goes and I vape ecigs. But neither has anything to do with the migraines I get.
The migraines I had young stopped about a year after I started chronically getting high in the 70s. Migraines came back about 6 months after I quit getting high in the 90s. A little different, they were a few really bad ones a year when young, now 1-2 a week no barfing but a 3 day headache if I don't take Imitrex or get high on the right variety during the aura.
Since getting my card I still get them but cannabis is every bit as reliable as Imitrex for stopping the aura, maybe even better since I've had a few where I stopped pre-aura vision from turning into an aura. Because I don't function when high on modern stuff I'm not using anywhere near as much as I did in highschool or college so I haven't given up on ending them.
I've only had Maui Wowie that didn't keep the headache from happening, in which case I vape a little, it works as well as the NSAIDs I'm not allowed to have. Medi-Haze is the one that stopped the aura from happening but that one is only available from Seedsman in the EU and I don't trust going though customs.

Vicos=vicodin? Those keep me awake for 12hrs after I take them. After neck surgery I walked the halls of the hospital all night, couldn't sleep. Figured out why after I got home. It's buzzy like I had too much coffee.
Regular codeine makes me sleep poorly, like I'm only dreaming I'm asleep, but at least it's sleep.
Cannabis vs the muscle spasms doesn't stop them, at first it seemed to cause them. But as time went on I was having fewer/taking fewer muscle relaxers.
