The Bears defense is elite. Let’s not get silly.
But that doesn’t mean they’re without a need for improvement in certain areas, among them:
-leaving the middle of the field open (just kind of a product of the scheme sometimes)
-giving up massive chunks of yards either right after the offense scores or in the waning minutes of a half.
